Friendly skin is a journey, not a destination - and we’re your support squad along the way.
A common question we hear is:
“What if my skin doesn’t agree with the product?”
While extremely uncommon, sensitivities and allergies can happen.
If you experience a genuine adverse skin reaction to a Salvida product, we offer a refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping costs and payment processing fees, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess your request, please email hq@salvida.au with:
• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the reaction
• Clear photos of the affected area and product used
Please note:
• All products associated with the claim must be returned, including opened and unopened items.
• Opened products must be at least 80% full to qualify for a refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• This promise applies to genuine skin reactions only and does not cover change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection or dissatisfaction with texture or cosmetic feel.
• Refunds are limited to one claim per customer/product.
• Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
• Claims that appear fraudulent, excessive or inconsistent with normal product use may be declined.
Once the returned products have been assessed and approved by our team, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear, depending on your financial institution.
This promise is not a therapeutic or cure claim. Skin health is influenced by many factors including nutrition, hydration, stress and lifestyle. Topical skincare is only one part of the picture.

General Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! However, due to Australia’s strict hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on:
• Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item (if eligible) and place a separate order for the new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unworn, unused, with tags
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
