How to Use

Barrier NPR+ is an ultra-nourishing, concentrated balm - just a little goes a long way. For optimal skin barrier support, apply a thin layer as often as needed, massaging thoroughly until the balm turns clear.

Bodyguard is the ideal moisturiser to use between active flare-ups, helping to keep your skin deeply hydrated - the (not-so-secret) key to preventing future flare-ups. Apply morning and night after bathing, focusing on areas prone to dryness, itching and irritation.

Every Day, Everywhere is a daily wash perfect for the whole family - use it every day, everywhere. Gently lather between wet hands. Massage on skin using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.

Barrier Reset Spray is a fine mist for face, body and scalp. After cleansing, hold 15 to 20 cm from skin and mist evenly. There's no need to rinse. Let it air dry before applying Bodyguard or Barrier NPR+. Avoid contact with eyes.

Patch test before use.

Storage Instructions
Please store Barrier NPR+ and Bodyguard between 15°C and 25°C. Because our formulations are predominantly oil-based, exposure to cold temperatures or sudden temperature changes may cause the natural oils to crystallise, resulting in a grainy texture. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product, but it may alter its appearance and feel. For best results, store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Store Barrier Reset Spray below 25°C and away from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening.

After trying just the barrier cream I was very keen to try other products. The everything bundle is great value and all the products are great so far.

This unfortunately did not help my eczema. It actually flared my skin.. It also smells very strange like rancid or old oil? Maybe mine spoiled in transit? Not terrible, but not pleasant. I also cannot return it as a Canadian. I even paid extra for customs. Had high hopes, but super disappointed. Just not for me.

Everyone’s skin is incredibly individual, particularly with eczema-prone and reactive skin, so unfortunately there will always be some people who don’t get on with a particular formula or ingredient.
Regarding the smell, we don’t use any fragrance, masking fragrance or essential oils in our products, so what you’re smelling is the natural scent of the raw ingredients themselves. That said, it shouldn’t smell strongly rancid or spoiled. If you send me the batch number from the tube, I’d be very happy to check this for you.
I also completely understand your frustration around our Skin-Friendly Promise being limited to Australian orders, particularly when you’ve also had customs fees to pay. We actually subsidise the true cost of international shipping by around 25–50% on every overseas order rather than passing the full cost on to our customers. How should I store these products?
